The International Istanbul Short Film Festival has been organized since 1988. The festival, which is realized by Istanbul Amateurs of Photography and Cinema Association (IFSAK), is supported by a number of foreign consulates and cultural attachés. The International Istanbul Short Film Festival takes place in April annually and entrance is free.
